<image:caption>TC Hope has been formed “for charitable purposes and motivated by compassion for those experiencing homelessness, to provide support for programs that assist individuals and families with a pathway to shelter/permanent housing: including but not limited to the building of a low-barrier navigation center in Tulare County.” We believe in the humanity of those most in need, and believe that stable housing is the first step to healing for the majority of those experiencing homelessness.</image:caption>
